  • What are my Refueling Options
    Full Service Option Save yourself time and frustration by adding our Full Service Option to your next reservation. By selecting the Full Service Option, you can purchase a tank of gas directly from us at the time of rental, and avoid the hassle of searching for a gas station to fill the tank before returning the car. Self-Service Purchase fuel just prior to returning and return the car to us with a full tank of gas. If you choose this option, We will not charge you for fuel.
  • 24/7 Roadside Assistance
    Roadside Assistance Protection Our 24/7 Roadside Assistance Protections allows Crossroad Auto Rentals customers to feel safe and secure while on the road knowing you are covered in the case of a flat tire ,a dead battery or even getting locked out of the car. Crossroad Auto Rentals provides 24-hour-a-day roadside assistance. The number for the Emergency Roadside Assistance Department is 855-866-3161
  • Do you offer Child Safety Seats?
    Child Safety seats are available to rent for an additional fee.
  • What forms of payment are accepted?
    Crossroad Auto Rentals accepts most major credit cards and charge cards, as well as Visa and Mastercard debit cards, as a form of payment.
  • Do you offer Rental Car Collision Protection.
    Crossroad Auto rentals offers additional protection products that you can purchase along with your rental vehicle. Currently, we offer our customers Renters Collision Protection Renters Collision Protection (RCP) Renters collision protection is not insurance. The purchase of RCP is optional and not required in order to rent a vehicle. You may purchase optional RCP for an additional fee. If you purchase RCP we agree, subject to the actions that invalidate RCP listed on the rental agreement, to contractually waive your responsibility for all or part of the cost of damage to, loss or theft of, the vehicle. When deciding whether or not to purchase RCP, you may wish to check with your insurance representative or credit card company to determine whether, in the event of damage to, or theft of, vehicle, you have coverage or protection for such damage or theft and the amount of your deductible or out-of-pocket risk.
  • Can I smoke in a rental car?
    No, Smoking is NOT allowed in our rental cars. We maintain a fleet of 100 percent smoke-free vehicles to ensure all our customers drive in a comfortable, clean car. Tobacco smoke leaves a residue on fabrics, fibers, and surfaces of vehicles and emits odors that many people find unpleasant. This policy is designed to ensure we are enhancing the comfort of our customers, a top priority at Crossroad Auto rentals. When a vehicle must be cleaned of tobacco smoke odor and residue, all surfaces must be treated and cleaned. This takes considerable time and requires the vehicle to be removed from the rental fleet until odor-free. The cleaning fee of up to $450 for vehicles with evidence of smoking is intended to help cover the cleaning costs and the lost revenue from a vehicle being temporarily unavailable for rental.
  • Can you rent a car with cash or a money order?
    Cash Qualification Requirements: Two current utility bills - example: water bill, gas bill, or an internet/cable bill. Your most recent paycheck stub A minimum deposit plus the entire cost of the rental at the time of pickup. Proof of insurance. Personal references - for security reasons, when you come in the branch may ask for two people they can contact to verify who you are and where you live. Most of the time you will need their full name and phone number. Credits owed back to the customer will typically be credited back to their account within 15 business days.
  • What do I do in case of an accident or other damage while driving a rental vehicle?
    First, contact the police (911). Always complete an accident/Incident report when the car has been involved in an accident or damaged. Contact Roadside Assist at 800-354-2847. Then contact your personal auto insurance company and establish a claim for damage. If you are renting with a major credit card, you may want to contact their customer service department to determine if coverage is afforded through their collision program.
  • Do you offer Navigation systems?
    Most of our vehicles do not come equipped with their own navigation systems. However, you can reserve our GPS Navigation unit for a reasonable daily rate.
  • Am I responsible for tolls, parking tickets and traffic violations?
    Please drive safely and observe all ordinances, rental customers are responsible for payment of any tolls, parking, and moving traffic violations along with a reasonable administrative fee.
  • Cancellation Policy
    If you wish to cancel before your rental pick-up time, you must cancel and request a refund by calling Our Office @ 620-208-7355. Once cancelled, we will credit you within approximately seven business days. Credits will be applied to the same card with which you prepaid. If you choose to cancel a reservation 24 hours prior to the rental pickup time, you will incur a $20 processing fee. If you choose to cancel a reservation during the 24 hour period prior to the scheduled pick-up time you will incur a $50 fee. If you do not cancel the reservation prior to the time of pick-up and the rental vehicle is not picked up on the rental date, no portion of the prepaid amount will be refunded. If you return the vehicle before the original return date, you will not be refunded any portion of the payment.
  • Will There Be an Additional Charge If I am Late Returning the Rental Car?
    Great news! There is a 29 minute grace period on daily rentals! If the vehicle is returned within 2 1/2 hours it was rented on a subsequent day, only an additional hourly charge will apply. If you return the vehicle 2 1/2 hours or more from the time it was rented on a subsequent day, you will be charged for an additional day of rental.
  • Am I required to purchase the Coverage/Protections You offer?
    No, but you are responsible for the vehicle in the event of damage. You should check with your respective insurance company to see if you have ample coverage while renting a vehicle. In the event you do not have proper coverage, We offer Renters Collision Protection for your rental.
